Specs: Windows 7

"Device drivers designed for 32-bit versions of Windows won't work on computers running a 64-bit version of Windows. If you're trying to install a printer or other device that only has 32-bit drivers available, it won't work correctly on a 64-bit version of Windows. "
SO WHAT IS THE SOLUTION??????????????

The only solution is to obtain a 64 bit driver for the device in question. 32 bit drivers do not work with a 64 bit OS. No exceptions.

For some printers, Windows 7 built in drivers will work but some features like reporting on ink/toner levels may not. This is the case for an HP printer I have.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
