Installed programs in E Drivers

Specs: Windows 7
I installed a software program call The Neat Company but while installing it i had a computer failure and lost most of the program files, it still shows like 6 different files in the Add or Remove programs but, whem i press remove it won't let me, I searched other drivers and is saved in the E Driver and won't allow me to remove it, also is telling me to look in P/Filesx86 but I can't located. Please help me. Thank you

Sounds messy. System Restore would be a good step in this instance (to a date before the program was installed). It all depends on whether you can save a copy of the download and any passwords associated with it, in order to set it up again afterwards.

First of all, drives are what you are referring to. Drivers are software programs to make (drive) hardware function correctly.

If a system restore does not solve the problem you may need to manually delete any entries you find listed in Program files. Then you can run a safe registry cleaner like Ccleaner Slim to remove any orphan registry files it finds.

Get Ccleaner Slim from the link below. Use the backup function when running the registry module. I save the backup to the desktop so it can be easily found and deleted after you know all is good.
