Specs: Windows 7
Is it possible to install mac on a separate hd for a windows pc? Was thinking something like c drive for windows and d drive for mac or something.

It is contrary to Apple's license agreement to install the Mac OS on non-Apple hardware.

You might be able to do it but you are on your own and need to do a lot of research. Try Googling "Hackintosh". Apple are keen for you not to do this (although whether it is legal or not is a matter of debate), so don't expect it to be easy. And if you do succeed there is a strong chance that you will end up with an unstable system that you cannot apply updates to.
