Specs: Windows 7
When I click on to an address (say on Westerly Owners site) it will not perform the function and states that the default client has not been properly installed.
What does this mean please. How do I carry out the required action.

It's probably telling you that you need to install an "email client" because Windows 7 does not have one built in like earlier Windows versions.

An email client means Microsoft Outlook (part of Microsoft Office) or some other similar software that does email. There are a few free ones if you do a search with Google Search. Just type free email software.

Also Mozilla Thunderbird is free.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
