Laptop or PC?

Does anything happen at all when you press Windows key?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

✔ Best Answer
Not just restart, hold down power button (manual) until it force shuts down. Unplug (remove main battery if laptop), press the power button 4 or 5 times, reconnect power and start up. This will discharge all capacitors and make sure that the system is not 'holding' onto a glitch stuck in RAM and held there by small current present.
Next, Try a different keyboard (external USB if laptop) to see if Windows key works there.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
