Solved IE 9 Scrools when I move pointer.

Specs: Windows 7
Hi,

I'm using an HP Laptop with Windows 7. When I move the pointer using the touchpad IE 9 will scroll all the way to the bottom or top with only a small move of the pointer.

How can I turn this "feature" off.

Thanks!

Do you have a User Manual?

✔ Best Answer
On HP laptops and tablets, the very right hand side of the touchpad is used for scrolling. You should have a little red icon in your system tray for the Synaptics touchpad. Double click on it and there should be an option to turn off scrolling.

Thank You THX! The solution is simply to use the right-hand side of the touchpad to scroll! I couldn't figurout why it occured sometimes while others it did not. Now I know. I left scrolling on and will use the scrolling feature now that I knowhow it works.
