Identifying numbers from F1-F12 with an icon on the right

Specs: WINDOWS 7/XP, 4GB DDR2 (PC2-6400)0)
I just purchased a "Windows Wireless Desktop 2000 Keyboard that include a plugin for the USB port. The problem is the product came without a user's manual and trying to identify the markings accompanied with blue icon spaced out across the board is confusing.
Plus, there is a top tow with icons that stretches to the end of the first column.

Without a user's manual, I believe I will be missing most all of the optional features this product has to offer
Is there someplace out there that could help me in getting this users manual so I can get a leg up in trying to understand the features this board and the various features it has to offer?

Thanks in advance.
Regards,
