"But I don't know how to find my PC's model number or mother board configuration."

We can't really help you without that information. Where did you get this computer. IE. store bought, a friend built it, etc?

The motherboard usually has some references printed on it that might give a clue.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Try installing & running Speccy: https://www.piriform.com/speccy

Click on the Start Button. All programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information.

That will show you what you're looking for.

You can always just look at the computer to see the manufacturer model number. Serial numbers and specific system identifying information is often on the back of the computer tower.

If you're reinstalling, you should be able to obtain all the drivers from the computer manufacturer's website once you have the information.
