First remove Ask Tooolbar:

You then go to Google and make it your home page to it. The exact method depends on what browser you are using (not given).

You do not have to "install Google.com" to make Google your home page, if you only want to use their search engine,

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I suggest you scan for malware.

After following Derek's advice and you have removed the ask toolbar, if you want some video guidance I have linked a YouTube tutorial for you:

Watch it closely. It should resemble the browser you are using. Pause the video and follow each step as it happens if you need to.

Somehow the fella in this video clip reminds me of Napoleon Dynamite.

Yes #2 is a good idea. These freebies can often unearth things:

"Save" file from blue download button top right. Double click saved file and run Scan. There are options but I've usually found it quite safe to then run the Clean.

Download from green button top right - Install, Update and Run.

Keep both logs in case further action is necessary.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
