I want the Outlook 9 back.

Specs: Windows 7
How do I revert back to Outlook 9? The new Outlook 10 affects my Bejeweled Blitz game. It makes the game very slow and sticky.

There is no Outlook 9 or Outlook 10 that I'm aware of.
Do you mean Office Outlook 2010?
Or are you referring to the web-based Outlook.com which you use online?

I'm pretty sure she means Internet Explorer as Bejeweled Blitz is an online game.

This one can be difficult, I tried going back to an earlier version of IE only to have it remove all shorcuts to IE but if you want to try, here's how.

In the Control Panel go to Programs and Features, over on the left side, click on Turn Windows Features on and off and take the checkmark out of Internet Explorer 10

Thanks THX 1138 , it never occurred to me that the OP may have been referring to IE, though how anyone can confuse IE with Outlook is beyond me.
Now, assuming she is in fact referring to IE:

Because the OP has updated IE, it's perfectly possible to uninstall that version, after which the previous version is automatically restored. I'v done this myself on at least two occasions and it worked no problem:

Control Panel >Programs & Features
Click "View installed updates".
Scroll down to "Windows Internet Explorer 10"
Right-click it, then left-click "Uninstall".

"how anyone can confuse IE with Outlook is beyond me"
I agree.

I have uninstalled IE to a lower version myself many times and never had an issue, but I tried it once with IE 10 and I'll be darned if it didn't remove every single icon for IE. I had to go to the IE executable and create new shortcuts manually. Perhaps it was just a glitch.

I had a problem with IE 10 and turned it off in the Control Panel. That didn't help. I had to use System Restore to an earlier date to get back to IE 9. That worked but some computer help forum require IE10 (to login) so that causes a problem.
