I want more file details in Windows 7

Specs: Win7 Ultimate x64, 3.368 GHz / 4095 MB
Before I formatted my msdn beta of Win7 I was able to do a search in the start menu for an audio file, several would show up of the same song however I could mouse-over and they would display the bitrate quality now it only displays the file size after the fresh install. How do I change these options?

I havn't found a way to change it, but if you open WMP you can add the bit rate column to list of colums to be displayed.
You can then do your search from within WMP rather then the Start menu.

Windows 7 offers 284 Detail categories (including bit rate) that you can choose to display in Windows Explorer folders for your files. The following link provides instructions how to get more details.

Go to your music folder and choose View> tick details then select choose details. Tick all you wish to show then click OK.

Did you install a final version of Windows 7 over the top of the Beta?
