Restart in Safe Mode.
Start a System Restore to a date at least a week before you noticed any problems.
When complete, restart in Safe Mode again, Install, Update, and Run Malwarebytes. Remove anything it finds.
Restart Normally.
Do a Disk Clean Up.
Open your browser and make sure that there are no add ons that you did not specifically want and install, Disable any that are suspect.
Uninstall any program that you are not sure of (Google any you need to).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
