Solved I pressed f8 a bunch of times on startup

Specs: Windows 7
I got some options and pressed recover this PC or something like that and clicked reset this PC
And re-installed Windows.

My advice is to dump Windows 7 altogether. Go to the Microsoft site & download a copy of Windows 10, then create a bootable USB stick using Rufus. Boot off the stick, select "Custom Install (Advanced)", then delete ALL partitions so that you have nothing put unallocated space. Create a new partition using all available space, then continue with the installation. Your Windows 7 key can be used for the installation & activation. Set up an offline account rather than entering or creating a Microsoft account.

Try these steps to perform restoring of your windows:
Go to Control Panel > Recovery > Open System Restore > Next. Here you need to choose a restore point and click finish. Your windows will get restored to the previous point.
