I have a USB Drive that has lost its partition. When i plug in the USB Drive, it asks to be formatted. I've checked in Disk Management and the USB Drive doesn't show a partition. I've got important files on there i need.

So far I've tried it different computers and still asks to be formatted or asks to insert a disk into Removable Disk when I double click the drive letter associated with it.
I've tried Many freeware data recovery programs, but it seems that because there is no partition they can't read from the device.

What other steps can i try?

Try partition recovery software:

and you should not save important files on a pen drive anyway if you don't have backups!

Pen drives are not reliable enough for that.

I downloaded and tried this software you suggested phil22. I attempted a SuperScan on the USB Flash Drive. It found no Volumes or Files. Attempted to Create/Fix Partition on the Drive. And get this Message in the logs: Cannot fixed MBR, Partition Table and Volume Boot Sectors for the disk Generic Flash Disk USB Device. Partition has been created, however for some reason still cannot be found on a device.

Do a search for iCare Data Recovery Free Edition. It will allow you to recover up to 2GB for free. If you can "find" a product key, you should be able to recover everything, provided you didn't do any damage using the other software.

The data recovery found nothing. Guess I have to start again on my work.

And will remember to only save backup to the USB.
