I find lots of links to a page that is supposed to have this file. But there is no download button. The page useless. Where can I find a real download for this app?
WinHlp32.exe is already installed with windows 7.
It's located in C:\windows folder. The original poster should always write the last response !!!

There are winhlp.32.exe.mui files. However when I try to open the help files in the application I get the following message. The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows. However, you can download a program that will allow you to view Help created in the Windows Help format.
Double clicking on the help files on the C drive doesn't prove useful. Can you tell me what I need to do?
Thanks
What's about this link?

All links from any page I find, including the link you left end up at this page http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...
This page does not have a download button. I can not find any info that does not end up on this page.
Use this link and click the Continue button.
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...You have to pass the Genuine Windows Validation and will get the download button.

I don't know why I had to validate Windows, but it worked.
It's just Microsoft. Some downloads needs a Genuine Windows Validation and only Microsoft know why. The original poster should always write the last response !!!
