Specs: Windows 7
I am using a windows 7 and as much I try to type / (slash) the other section of the key (apper word) coms?how can i fix it?

Is your caps lock on? If not try borrowing another keyboard and see if you still have the same problem. If it happens also with another keyboard then you have an infection, run Malwarebytes (free version) to remove it.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Start, Run, charmap, ok
Copy it from there and paste it where you need it.

Character Map shows to use U+002F versus Alt+xxxx but I don't know how to use that myself.
