Have you tried any scans yet? If so, please list what you have used as that will help speed up the repair process.
You may want to start with a quick scan using Malwarebytes

and fix all it finds.

Thanks for your quick response. I have done a scan with : Superantispyware, and AVG, but came back with nothing.
I will try Malwarebytes and write back.

A Malwarebytes check did not solve it.
Someone said the reason I have the error message is because I need to give the program a direction so it can be found. Unfortunately they did not say how to do it. Anyone please help.

Did you uninstall "tuneup"? If so, how did you uninstall it?

Look in Control Panel> Programs and features to see if either of those names are listed there. If so, and you don't want or need the program, then try to uninstall it from within Programs and features.

if it doesn't uninstall, try revo uninstaller:

It will help to totally remove all registry entries.

Tuneup is not in any program file, or add and delete files.
Thanks

In that case, I recommend you download and run the registry module in Ccleaner Slim. I have found this program and that module to be safe to use. The cleaner should find any orphan files in the registry. That is what is probably causing the message. Get Ccleaner Slim from the link below.

The cleaner module is also excellent. Many here use it regularly.

If you are cautious about using any registry cleaner then you can save a backup of your current registry when you see that option during the process. I suggest saving it to the desktop. Then, after a day or two you can delete it easily.
