Best bet is either get a copy from a friend or..... Legally download a copy off of a torrent site. Just make sure that the bit size is what you need (32 or 64) and its an exact match to you product key. You cant install win 7 pro with a win 7 home key.

have you tried a factory restore, most newish computers come with a hidden hard drive that can be accessed by tapping a F key during boot.
if you format the hard drive you will lose the hidden partition as well as all the drivers.
also as well as the key you will require the Oem certificate for that key..the key is joined to a particular Oem.
you could also contact the manufacturer and request a installation disk, if you can prove you are the owner you may get it for free or a low cost.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

There is no such thing as " Legally download a copy off of a torrent site."

Highly advise you do not do this.

Answers are only as good as the information you provide.

You need to read the owners manual. It will tell you how to restore the system. Email or visit the OEM site if you don't have the manual. RTFM

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
