I have to keep logging back on

March 4, 2011 at 17:26:33
Specs: Windows 7
If I leave my desk for one minute, my screen goes black, move the mouse and it comes back up or stay away another minute and it goes back to the log-in screen and once I log back on, my sight comes up.

I've set my power modes for sleep, hibernate, etc. to NO NO NO NEVER, but, it's not helping.
I want my sights to stay up until I'm through with them. I'm surfing while doing housework, cooking, etc. and I'm running back and forth constantly and don't want to have to log back on every time.

Try turning off Fast User Switching (Uses up memory anyway) and turn off the screensaver.

My laptop specs:
Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5974
AMD Sempron 2200 (2.1GHz)
ATI Radeon 3100 Graphics
ATI SB600 Audio
500GB SATA II Hitachi HDD

Saying "Do this" is fine but then not telling how it is done is not very helpful to a new user. Do you suppose you could give some detail on how to turn off Fast User Switching?
