Solved I have Norton 360 installed which is running out in 2 days b

Specs: Windows 7
but I have purchased a new card with a product key from Currys

I says to go to but it doesn't work. Do I have to delete what I already have in my computer and reinput the new key

I trust you realise we are not a Norton website? Not sure what you mean by "doesn't work" - nothing happens at all - website not working - no box to put your product key in, etc.

You could try this:

You shouldn't need to uninstall their product.

Otherwise either ask Norton (Symantec), or Currys as you've paid them good money.

You certainly don't want to be without your norton 360!!!

Do you know what version you bought? I think PCWorld/Curry's sells 360 gold:

If you already have the same product installed and you just want to add the new subscription to it then double click the Norton icon, either on your desktop or in the system tray (bottom right) and on the main Norton screen, where it says 'subscription status' near the bottom click the 'view my renewal options' link. This will take you to another page where you click on the 'I have a key or code to enter' and enter the new key from the packaging you purchased & that should be it.
