Solved i had a phone call from windows and they said i had a csrss.

Specs: Windows 7
they said i had a csrss.exe and when i switched my laptop on earlier they have put hacked where my mane was for login and i cant login now,i dont know much about computers so any help would be great,it was a office in india who called me and it ended up they were trying to get me to buy an antivirus and pc cleanup package,most annoyed now !

Microsoft would not call you if you won the lottery. Those are scammers trying to sell you a free anti virus product or similar. Tap F8 when you first turn on the computer and see if you can log into "safe mode with networking". If you can, then we can try and get your login back.

If they call again, ask to speak with a supervisor, and see if they hang up.

If any one ever calls trying to tell you there is something wrong with your computer, especially if the purport to be speaking on behalf is Microsoft, there is only one adequate response; two words and the second one is off.

csrss.exe is a legitimate part of Windows, If you have deleted csrss.exe then you will have to recover it..
