Not into win-10 but I dun a wee trawl using your error code; found these...

One item that appears to crop up on many sites about this error code is antivirus being active...

and this one may shed a little light:

Likely others more well versed in win-10 will drop across here shortly and advise more fully.

"I have tried six times and same error comes up. can some one hrlp me"

Maybe if you keep trying you'll eventually succeed.

If you are having trouble with the normal upgrade to Windows 10 path then try a different path to it. Download the media creation tool, create an install disk (DVD or new/wiped Flash Drive) and install it from there. You will still get the option of the upgrade install as well as the Clean install. please note that the clean install will wipe out everything so back up on external media before proceeding (not a bad idea even if not doing the clean install). Before doing either, if you have any hard drive or SSD drive other than your primary drive (internal or external), unplug it before continuing to prevent issues later.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
