Specs: Windows 7
Quota Type: bytes in the mailbox
Quota Available: 0
Total Quota: 102400000

This is a message I received. I have deleted, and deleted the deleted and still get this with most of my emails.

I would empty your junk mail folder on your online service. It is probably on your providers end (yahoo, gmail, etc). It might also be a good choice to change your password for your online service as well. However the easiest solution is that your mailboxes online are filling up and not auto emptying.

I did empty the junk mail - it was not really a lot. How to change the password?

You have to right click on your "deleted items" and "empty deleted items". I know it's stupid but they will just stay there until you do this. If you are on a managed mail system like a company / corporate exchange server, you may want to contact your admin and as them to increase your mail quota, because 100MB is not much now a day.
