You need to buy a new set of recovery discs for your system..

installation not complete

what do you mean by this? Is this a new machine that's going through its setup process and has failed? If so, obviously take it back to vendor.

If not - what are you attempting to do?

If you truly messed something up and need to restore it to factory settings, check your manufacturer's online manual to see what key or key combination you need to press on start up to access the recovery partition and begin your factory restore. If you deleted, damaged, or formatted the recovery partition on your hard drive, you will need to use an external DVD drive (purchase or borrow) and purchase a recovery DVD from the manufacturer in order to fix things.
If this is fairly new and you did not do anything to cause this, return it for warranty service and let them fix it.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
