I read in an old trhead, advise about opening difficults with paypal web page and searchinf for HOSTS file. When I tried I don't get any HOSTS file in my PC.
Please, have you any other suggestion for me.
If your internet is working OK and you're using IE you shouldn't have a problem unless it's an old version. You list your OS as windows 7 but you're in the windows ME forum. If by chance you are running ME with IE 5.5 then you will have problems. In that case upgrade to IE 6. This space for rent
