Neither can I, it doesn't appear to exist - what website is it you are trying to access?

The 10.x.x.x address range is one of the non-routable, private address ranges. You'll only be able to connect to an address in that range if it is on your internal network.

If this is an internal server that you are trying to connect to then talk to your IT people about it. If not then there's no way you will ever be able to connect to it.

I'm getting confused. Now you're talking about 192.168.1.1 not 10.112.24.33. You can't just blindly follow instructions. What is the address that you are trying to connect to? If it's your router then post the results of an "ipconfig" command and someone will be able to tell you which address to use.

All IP addresses in the range 10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255 are for private network use only. No Internet server can be using the IP address 10.112.24.33.

Oke now try to connect to the gateway's ip address.
If your provider hasn't locked the broadband modem then you shoukld be able to open the desired ports.
If locked then your .....

not able to do portforwarding

If your isp is providing private ip there is no way, even if you had a router, to do port forwarding.

The port forwarding has to go from the public ip to the private ip. The isp would have to do the port forward which I am sure they won't do.
