"I can not get into"
Something is blocking it, your AV or Firewall or Host file or a program you have installed or an entry in your browser ( whatever you are using )

I would suggest trying a few different browsers to see if they can log on...you have nothing to lose...

If an alternative browser (such as Firefox) doesn't allow access then come back and we can take you through the steps suggested at #1.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

What happens when you try? Any error messages, blank screen, etc? Have you ever been able to get to that site?

Let's eliminate Hosts from the equation first.

Go to Computer, double click your system drive (usually C), then go through opening the following folders in turn:

Windows > System32 > drivers >etc

Inside the "etc" folder you should find a file named "Hosts". Rename it to "XHosts" which will disable it. Restart your computer and see if that has helped. If it doesn't then go back and rename it back to "Hosts" and we'll look at the other possibilities. If it does cure the problem then we can look further into Hosts.

If Hosts isn't the culprit then let us know which AV you are using and which Firewall (Windows maybe?).

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

ok its a secure site, https. Is the date, time and time zone set correctly on your computer. Secure will not let you establish a connection if they are incorrect.
