There's no such thing as an "override" account.

You should be able to visit all websites with either type of user account, whether it's "Standard" or "Admin".

If you are having trouble getting to some websites, you either have a problem with your web-browser or your firewall settings, or there's a website blocker installed to stop children seeing bad stuff. Nothing to do with the type of user account.

Or an employer stopping their employees from wasting time and money on web sites that have nothing to do with the businesses in hand.
