i can't delete or format some things in my USB

Specs: Windows 7
How to delete thing that can't be deleted or format? I can delete it but it keeps coming back everytime I insert my USB in the CPU... It's starting to get annoying and I really wan't to delete it so I can use my USB or flash drive in my dvd player it seems like ever since these things came my dvd player can't read my USB anymore... So how can I exactly delete it and so they can't come back anymore...

if it's a pen drive, those things don't last forever, they become corrupted after a while. Just buy a new one.

If you don't care about any of the files on there then just delete the partition. Go to Windows Disk Management and delete the partition there. Then create a new partition using all available space. Then format.

If none of that works then your flash drive may be failing and it is time to replace it.
