Laptops do not come with passwords pre-installed. Any SDD/HDD or BIOS password is created by the owner/end user. And being that these passwords are for security/data protection purposes, there is no way to bypass them. If the passwords could be easily removed or bypassed, they would be useless. You need to know the password to be able to gain access to your laptop again.

If you are the legal owner & have paperwork proving ownership, you can try calling the laptop manufacturer's support number & see if they can help.
