Check your manual to see what expansion cards you can use on your system. Ideally you should have a PCIe 16x slot for a modern video card (though there are cards available for PCI and AGP slots also) and purchase a decent video card that has dual outputs. Make sure the outputs are compatible with your monitors since there are those with VGA, DVI, HDMI, and S-Video outputs. Many have two or more different outputs and I have seen some with a VGA, a DVI and either a S-Video or HDMI plug as well (three plugs do not mean that you can plug in two monitors plus a TV, just that you can choose a monitor and either a second monitor or a TV), and some have DVI to VGA adapters to make them more versatile. Note also that some video cable formats have limits to how long you can make them, and HDMI cables (especially longer ones) are probably the most expensive, though they can be made to carry sound.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
