Solved Hyperlink issue for Microsoft Word

Specs: Windows 7
I created a Word document where you can type certain information, copy it, then click a image that is hyperlinked to a pre-addressed Outlook e-mail. When I use it for the first time it works with no issues. However, if I try it again it will not work. It states, "Cannot open file. The file may not exist, you may not have permission to open it, or it may be open on abother program. Right-clikc the folder that contains the file, and then click Properties to checjk your permission for the folder." THe file is not open in another program and I have the correct permissions for the file. The only way it it will work again is if I close out Outlook and re-open it.
