HP Probook 4530s Hard disk failure blue screen

Specs: Windows XP
I bought hp Probook 4530s in November 2011, just used 2 months and got a problem.
It was perfectly working but just freeze and hang all task, than blue screen appear and flash.

The blue screen showing with an error report or indicating to check hard disk for errors.
Tried to reformat hard disk, but then it froze and gave blue screen with following message:
Window stopped to prevent damage to your computer.
Driver corrupted pool memory used for holding pages destined for disk.
Technical information:
STOP 0X000000DE, OX00000002, OXE1716018, 0X0000000, 0XCAFA38C2".

I try several time but it wont work and than I needed laptop urgently so i have bought new hard disk , but now the problem of Windows and drives, i dont have back up and original windows.

Please help me out for both the problems how do i claim my hard disk and how can I installed Windows 7 home addition As I purchased it with HP Probook.
For my new Hard disk there is a need of HP installation back up too.

Please guild me for Hard disk claim and Windows& with HP installation Back up.

The moment your computer gave trouble you should have returned it under warranty. You cannot format the drive while it is in use you are in fact asking your machine to commit suicide. Read your manual with regard to using the recovery partition on your drive (I presume you received a Users Manual with the machine and that you have read it). There may have been no need to buy a new hard drive and to make matters worse you say you have no install disk (this is because the install disk is part of the Recovery partition). Hopefully you have not done too much damage.

Suggest you read the manual and come back to this forum BEFORE you do anything else.

Here i must mansion there is no such manual with laptop and there were no any CD with it when i bought it , Every thing was inside the hard disk. I bought it from UAE Abudhabi.

Can you advice me how do i contact to HP for CD and Hard disk warranty .

There was instructions to make your recovery disks in the meager instructions. All the people are so excited in using a new computer that they don't do it. Either get the DVD from HP or get a copy of Win7.
