Solved hp pav a320n replaced hdd with 32bit and windows ultimate

November 29, 2016 at 09:10:25
Specs: Windows 7
system not booting at all, it looks for old disks for restoration. Blew out power supply, guy said i needed new hard drive - originally windows xp. Thinking 32 bit hard drive not enough or whole computer not compatible with window ultimate. Thinking of putting in new hard drive and installing windows 7 professional before move up to windows 10? Any advice on the boot up?

Hard drives are not 32 or 64 bit, the processor is. If you're looking for advise as to what will run well on your system, you need to post the specs of your computer.

Replace the computer, stay with XP on that machine, or go with Linux.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
