Have you tried to download the latest drivers from HP website? that might be the best thing to do rather than using the old drivers from your disc.

When you say

"I Can't Turn Printer On Or Exit?"

is that a question or a statement?

if you cannot turn off your printer then, power it off from the mains, not always recommended but if needs must then go ahead.

try the above and please let us know the outcome.

Go to the link below and read the link on how to install that printer.

At this point in time you may need to clear the system of any HP software. Go to Start> Devices and Printers. If the printer is listed there then remove it and reboot with the printer disconnected from the computer.

Follow the instructions in the link. Normally, USB printers are not connected until the driver have been installed.

What's the background - is this printer a new acquisition or has it ever run on this computer before? Was it run previously on an earlier operating system such as XP or Vista?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I Have The Latest Drives From HP, There Is An On/Off Button Nothing Happens, (Won't Work Either Way) Next Button Is EXIT ? (Don't Do Nothing Either) Next Button Has An ARROW Pointed Down - To Be Pressed After Paper Has Be Added,
What Do You Mean Power It Off From The Main? It Has Been In Use Off And On For A Few Months That Is Until Aug. 28 That's When I Noticed The Exclamation Light Next To The Button With The Down Arrow. By The Way I Have Windows 7 Basic 32 Bit.

The Garbage Can Is Really Looking Good lol Thanks KidGalahad56

"power it off from the mains"
That means disconnecting it from the domestic supply (instead of the switch).

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

"I Have The Latest Drives From HP"

No, you have the latest drivers from HP. Major difference.

Where are you seeing these on/off, arrow down, and exit buttons? are they in a Windows printer setup window or on the printer itself?

Have Noticed Exclamation Light Is On Which Usually Comes On When Out Of Paper.

If you're getting this indicator on the printer itself, then it is not a driver issue or anything to do with Windows, something in the printer itself is having an issue. If you are seeing this in Windows, you need to be a little more clear where you are getting this error.
