i need to know how to uninstall google from my internet explorer. or how to uninstall and reinstall my internet explorer without google on it.

If you are talking about the Google Toolbar, you should see it in Programs in the control panel. It can be uninstalled from there.

In other words, if you explain what the problem is more clearly, we can help you better.
Google Tool Bar?
Google Home Page?
Google as the default search engine?
etc..
If you explain what you have, want to get rid of, and what you want (home page, search engine, etc), then we can be more clear in our explanations.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Whatever it is you shouldn't need to uninstall and reinstall IE to fix it.
That is your browser, the rest are features added by Google.
