Specs: Windows 7
Windows 7, Windows Live Mail
When I print out an email there is a date stamp at the bottom of every page. How do I stop the date being added to the email?

My research suggests that it's not possible to stop headers & footers being printed in WLM, that's one of the drawbacks of using a free email service.

I use the full-featured Microsoft Outlook in conjunction with my ISP's email service, and Outlook allows me to turn off headers & footers if I wish, along with a whole raft of other options.

I don't see what's wrong with the date being printed anyhow.

I personally want the date/time stamp on there. That is proof of when the email was sent. Kind of legitimates the email too.

If you don't want that stuff, just highlight what you do want and copy it to your Word processing program, then print from there.
