How to solve intel undi pxe-2.0 (build 083) error on startup

Specs: Windows 7 64 Bit, 2GB
intel undi pxe-2.0 (build 083) error on startup
I am getting this error and my BIOS is also locked(on its own) and is asking for a password so I can't format it.
Any Help will be highly appreciated..!!

The PXE error means the laptop is attempting to boot off a network rather than the HDD. You either have to enter the BIOS & change the boot order, or press the appropriate key at startup to display the boot menu. EDIT: it could also mean the HDD has failed (or has been removed) & the system is just progressing thru the boot options.

A BIOS password cannot enable itself, it has to be created. If it wasn't done by you, then who?

I have no clue about the password, and nothing is happening on selecting HDD From Boot Options, Is there anyway to bypass the password(To Change Boot Order) or reinstall OS without it asking for restart at the end of setup cuz when it restarts after OS setup ends the error reappear??
