Specs: Windows 64
my win 7 cant start getting this error repir disk or Usb cant correct it and tried FixMbr FixBoot rebuildbcd also but non of them are working. I hae dual win 7 and 10 but 10 is working fine

Are they on 1 or 2 drives?
Disconnect/uncable the W10 drive if applicable.

There should be more to the message than that. Something about a particular file being missing?

Did this occur just after an update?

Well anyway, have you tried system restore after using the 'advanced boot options' menu?
