How to see what my PC is uploading

Specs: Windows 7
According to my ISP I am uploading hundreds of gigabytes per month in the last two months.
Is this possible ?

Uploading or downloading? Depending on your connection, either would be possible, but generally upload speeds are somewhat slower than download speeds. If you have cable broadband or better, then downloading hundreds of gigabytes is certainly possible...even in a matter of a few days or even hours with some very-high-speed providers. If you don't think you're downloading/uploading that much, you may want to verify you either don't have something in the background (malware) or even possibly someone else tapping-in on your connection...

Actually I am downloading around 300-400 Gigabytes, but this I have under control :)
What I cannot see is what I am uploading ? Connection seems to be secure and I searched for malware. However I guess I should check with different tools.

Yes, malware is a possibility. Have you tried MalwareBytes - it often finds what other programs miss?
