Ooops, just suggested getting the file (02.swf) from Temporary Internet Files. Fine on XP but not so obvious on Windows 7. No doubt I'll find a way around it but in the meantime best to use first suggestion, assuming that will deal with swf files as well as flv.

EDIT:
This one claims to do it but I've never used it:

Sounds a bit too good to be true - maybe a catch. Possibly just a downloader so you might need to get an swf player too. There are plenty of freebies around.

If all else fails try google with this search string:
swf downloader

One I didn't mention above is this:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/krut/

It's the ultimate because it can capture "any video and sound on your machine" but of-course if there are buffering gaps they will get recorded as well. It's a tad fiddling and there are a few tips and wrinkles. If you should decide to go that way see my info on this post (#8 onwards):

No microphone needed. You just draw a box around the video on the screen and it captures the sound and video. Two files are produced, one sound only and the other video & sound combined. I've been using it for years and it is fine providing you are aware of the info already given on that other post.
