Specs: Windows 7
printer continues to print blank pages and I can't stop it or reset the printer. It just keeps running until it's out of paper, no stopping the printer.

Remove paper to stop it, then open your print spooler that should be opened on your task bar whenever there is something to print. You then can choose to cancel all print jobs from there. if they all delete then just close it but if one or more shows deleting for more than 2 minutes and repeating does not help, then restart your computer and while your system is in the process of restarting, briefly unplug your printer (maybe 30 seconds) and plug it in again. When your computer is fully on and the printer has completed it's self test, you should be fine.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
