OS is "Operating System", such as Linux (stated in your spec), Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or whatever.

If the computer you are talking about is different to that given in the spec, always give the new information in your post.

Are you just trying to start up the computer or are you loading Windows afresh?

EDIT:
Just for info, rebooting just means restarting. I suspect you mean factory restore.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Your information is a little confusing. You are posting a the Linux forum yet seem to be discussing Windows?

Which OS is installed (Linux or Windows) and did it boot OK until now?

Are you trying to install an OS, and if so, which, and how?
