How to remove this folder from My Computer?

Specs: Windows 7 64-bit Professional, Intel Core i3-2310M/8GB DDR3 RAM
Hello everyone,

I have this folder formed in My Computer folder, named with Chinese. It formed shortly after I tried to connect my new phone from China (Lenovo Vibe X2-CU), supposedly to install a Lenovo Suite.
I rooted and flashed my phone etc. to get it rid of the Chinese firmware and all the **** the phone was full of. But ever since then I have this folder in My Computer folder, it is not a hard drive or any drive of the known sort, it is in a category "Other". I cannot get rid of it, I cannot delete it, right-clicking on it gives me three options - two in Chinese and Create a Shortcut. The two options in Chinese do not execute, no matter how many times I click on them, nothing happens.

Nothing bad has happened so far, no viruses, scans show clean, I am using McAfee Anti-Virus. I just find it a bit of a nuisance.

I will upload 2 screen pictures so you can see and I hope I can be helped.

Thank you for the given time to read my problem and I hope there is a fix to this.

Thanks again and hope to hear from you soon.

Best regards

Although it has a folder icon, it is not actually a folder as folders are not shown in that particular window, all those objects in that window are storage devices of one type or another.

Open Device Manager, right-click computer name at the very top and choose "Scan for hardware changes".

Then close Device Manager and restart your PC.

I have to admit that's just a stab in the dark but it may just remove it.

It would be worth running MalwareBytes freebie on it as it often finds and fixes what anti-virus programs miss:
https://www.malwarebytes.org/
Download the free version.
Install and Run the program but before doing its Scan go to "Settings > Detection and Protection" and put a checkmark in "Scan for rootkits". Quarantine anything it finds.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
