how to remove restore files

Specs: Windows 7, pentium dual core, 2 GB RAM
I want to delete my restore and back up files.

In Windows 7 type point in search box by Start orb. Select System Restore from list that appears. When System Restore appears click on Configure button. Within the next view there is a button to delete all restore points. You need to be really sure you want to get rid of every restore point. This action doesn't turn System Restore off.
