How to remove hdd password on toshiba stattelitte l730? You have any code for my laptop problems, plz help me
We cannot help you with forgotten or unknown passwords since we have no way of knowing if said laptop belongs to you or that you are authorised to access the hard drive inside it. In any case, the HDD password must have been set by somebody and we have no way of knowing what that password is, there is no such thing as a password which works on any laptop.
Ask the person who set the password.
We can't help you with that problem.
You can't remove the HDD password without knowing it. Even Toshiba won't help you. From Toshiba:
"CAUTION: If you forget your HDD User Password, TOSHIBA will NOT be able to assist you, and your HDD will be rendered COMPLETELY and PERMANENTLY INOPERABLE. TOSHIBA will NOT be held responsible for any loss of data, any loss of use or access to your HDD, or for any other losses to you or any other person or organization resulting from the loss of access to your HDD. If you can not accept these conditions, do not register the HDD User Password."
Try these ways. You probably need IDE ( not AHCI ) mode in the bios. 1: Enter your BIOS.
2: Create a supervisor password. Save the changes and reboot.
3: Go back into BIOS and CLEAR the supervisor password and exit saving the changes.
4: Power the system down completely.
5: Restart the system after it has completely powered down.
6: Go into BIOS and you should be able to clear the HDD password.Or,
HDD Password unlock SUCCESS with ZU.exe (zong unlock)
