Specs: Windows Vista Home Premium native/Win 7 upgrade, Intel Dual Core 1.6/2gig RAM
I have too much crap on my laptop, though the native OS is Windows Vista Home Premium. So I need to make a OSI of Windows 7 Home Premium on a DVD. How do I do this so I don't lose my upgrade OS?? It is a legal purchase and copy of Windows 7.

I'd backup the entire system then consider one of two ways.

One is to simply recover the laptop to Vista and then apply again the upgrade. It may be a good idea because you would have had some programs and maybe unique drivers.

Another way is to simply try to re-install the new W7. You may have to call MS to get it to work too.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
