Solved How to make sure PNG file is already deleted

Specs: Windows 7
i already deleted the png file, but it didn't appear it in my recycle bin. is it already deleted or what? because that is a private picture thats why..

If you used Shift + Delete to delete the file, it will be deleted directly and won`t appear in Recycle Bin.

If you used Delete only, then it *should* appear in RB, unless the system is configured otherwise. Check if the file exists in the directory it was originally placed. If it is not there, probably it is deleted.

There are programs that can look at free space and delete any data on it.

To check for this photo, use the search feature.

Be sure to use the disk clean up on drives for both user and system.

Also it may be in a cache of some program or on some remote computer as in email or other.

Google is evil

Maybe it got dragged into some other folder.
Do a search for *.png and see if the name of your picture files shows up elsewhere.
