Generally speaking MS now use KB rather than Q these days for updates but I believe they can still be referenced in Microsoft Update Catalog by replacing the Q with KB.
http://test.catalog.update.microsof...
If you search for them on there and wish to try one then make sure you choose the right one (if there is a choice). If it is already installed MS will not install it again.

My guess is that it is a Belarc error and you would be best advised to ignore it. Download a new version of Belarc if you are not using the latest.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Yes, I followed your advice and went to the catalog download site and tried to install onlyt the first one, it kept saying it is installing it, but would not complete so i closed out of it. i will make sure i have the newest belarc but it was updated to the latest just before doing all this. if belarc made an error how do i find out what hotfixes are on my pc. if they windows updates says that they have no more updates to install? Thanks
