how to install default mail client on windows

Specs: Windows 7
when i blog or try to email certain people i get a message that it is not a default mail client.How do I fix this?

Install one. If you are using a web mail account, then you do not have a default email since you do not have an email client installed. If you use a POP3 mail account, then you have a mail client installed and as long as there is only one, it should be the default (you can set default for email program in Internet Explorer Tools>Internet Options, as well as other places). If your email account supports POP3 mail service, you have the option of using an email program and you can choose Windows Live Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird which are both free downloads.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
